This course will use case study-based exercises and interactive dialogue to ensure that we address both practical and situational applications of project management pitfalls. During our time together we will identify four critical pitfalls which project managers slip (fall) into when managing projects.

We will then discuss in greater detail steps which you should take to avoid these pitfalls. In cases where avoidance proves impossible, we will discuss steps to detect lurking pitfalls and mitigate potential negative influences on your project.
