Description: This webinar is designed specifically for individuals who are ready to develop necessary skills and practice assertiveness in establishing boundaries. The content will focus on the nature of assertiveness, the importance of assertiveness, tips and techniques for being assertive, how to give and receive criticism.

Delivery:

•The two webinar sessions will be delivered via internet conferencing software provided by True Course. Instructions for attending the conference will be provided to each registrant.

•The Pre-Webinar Call is via telephone bridge line and is free of charge to allow those interested to test the water.

Dates and Times: Each session is 45 minutes in duration. Webinars are followed by an elective 20-minute Q&A.
