Is Your Team Prepared to Defend Against the Invasion of the NLRB’s New Mandatory Poster?

Description

The National Labor Relations Board encourages scrutiny of every union-free employer through its new poster, regardless of your size, private business sector or location. On November 14th practically every employer must post a notice inviting employees to challenge management. The poster not only lists certain rights the employees have, but also offers free assistance if employees thinks their rights have been violated. As a result compliance inquiries are expected to increase dramatically. Policies that have nothing to do with unions per se will suddenly come into focus, and may even be illegal, such as no solicitation, no distribution, no trespassing, reentry/no access and social media policies. Your company must prepare, your supervisors must be educated, and your policies and practices must be reviewed. This live webinar provides an introduction to some of the leading compliance issues we expect to see and prepares your supervisors to minimize the onslaught of complaints that may come from your own employees.
