Learning skilled negotiation can reduce or even eliminate negative stress in your personal and business relationships.

Learn what causes you to dread talking about difficult disagreements. Discover how to plan for a negotiation, bring sense and order to the process, and never feel anxious or powerless again.

In just 4 sessions you will learn how to understand responses to conflict (including your own), how to prepare to negotiate and how to conduct a negotiation. In our final session, put what you’ve learned into action with a simulated negotiation.
