Creating and Living a Harassment-Free Environment

Description

Last year, over 11,717 charges of sexual harassment were filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), resulting in $48.4 million in monetary relief for employees. A large percentage of women and an increasing percentage of men say they have experienced sexual harassment in the workplace. If Human Resources and supervisors are equipped to recognize and appropriately deal with sexual harassment, employers can create a positive work environment. This live webinar will help you understand what is and is not sexual harassment and provide managers the tools needed to avoid harassment issues that could escalate into larger problems.
